I have been taking yoga classes from Melanie for 14 years. I have rheumatoid arthritis and issues with bulging discs in my spine/sciatica that require ongoing maintenance. Yoga has helped me to manage these challenges mentally and physically. Yoga has also helped me to put things in perspective with regard to having a super-busy life as a working mom. Melanie is a great teacher and she provides a perfect environment for practicing yoga. She truly cares about her students and providing a positive and healthy yoga experience.
