Sundays 2:00 - 3:15 pm (CST) Restorative

Service Description

This is our premier full-service Restorative Yoga class now modified to the Zoom platform, offered from 2:00 - 3:15 p.m. Space is limited to eight people. Registration is required. Please indicate which Sunday class you would like to attend when registering. You will need: an 8' yoga strap, eye pillow, bolster or couch cushion (the one you sit on), blanket, block, soft pillow. (This class is not included in the Monthly Plan).
