Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a relaxation-focused style of yoga. We all could use more relaxation in our lives! Every Sunday from 5:00 - 6:00 pm, I offer you the opportunity to experience the deep relaxation that Restorative Yoga can bring to your life.
My name is Melanie McLeod, and I have taught hundreds of Restorative Yoga classes to hundreds of people in need of the relaxation that Restorative Yoga brings.
Join me on a Sunday when you are feeling in need of a deep "Restore" to prepare you for the week ahead. I'd like to know more about you! For this class, you will need:
a bolster (a couch cushion works well)
a block (cork or foam)
a Yoga strap (8 feet in length with a buckle)
an eye pillow
one or two throw pillows
sheet or blanket
Next Restorative Therapy Training Weekend with Melanie:
August 29-31, 2025
In this 12-hour training weekend, you will learn and practice the skills that will enable you to guide and teach a Restorative Yoga class.
Schedule: Friday, August 29th, 6 - 8 pm Welcome & Orientation | Saturday, August 30th, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm | Sunday, August 31st, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
Following the training weekend, you will take four Restorative Yoga Sunday classes for further experience and instruction.
