Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a relaxation-focused style of yoga. We could all use more relaxation in our lives! Once a week, I offer you the opportunity to experience the deep relaxation that Restorative Yoga gives.

 

My name is Melanie McLeod, and I have devoted my life to the teaching of yoga to anyone who is open to learning this amazing discipline of health and wellness that comes to us from ancient India.

 

Join me on a Sunday when you are feeling in need of a deep "Restoration" and relaxation to prepare you for the week ahead. I'd like to know more about you! Please fill out this form so I can better help you relax and rejuvenate.

For this class, you will need: 

  • a bolster (or a couch cushion)

  • a yoga block

  • a yoga strap

  • a throw pillow

  • an eye pillow

  • a lightweight blanket
